1. How do I book a site at Grand Riviera RV Resort?
To make a reservation, you have two convinient options available. You can either visit our website at and book your desired site online, or you can reach out our friendly staff directly by calling (251)358-6578. Choose the method that suits you best.
2. What kind of RV's are approved?
Class A, B, C, super C, 5th wheels and travel trailers that are 15 years or newer and 22'' or longer are permitted. No RV's older than 15 years unless approved by management prior to booking. Management reserves the right to deny any RV not in good, clean, presentable condition. No refunds for for RV's denied due to condition upon arrival.
3. What should I do if my RV is older then 15 years?
To complete the approval process, it is necessary to submit the pictures via email: [email protected]. The management company will review the pictures, and you can expect a prompt response regarding the approval status. Calls are welcomed to inform us that pictures have been submitteed.
4. What are the office hours?
Monday - Saturday: 9am-5pm
Sunday: 10:30am-2:30pm
5. What is check in time?
The check in time is between 1pm and 5pm. Please plan to arrive during this designated timeframe for a smooth check in process.
6.What should I do if my arrival time is after office hours?
If your arrival is scheduled after office hours, please proceed directly to your designated lot and make yourself comfortable for the night. The next morning, kindly visit the office to receive all the necessary information you may need for your stay.
7. Is early check in available?
Early check in may be available for an additional fee if the lot is unoccupied. Please call the office at (251)358-6578 regarding the possibility of an early check in and any associated fees.
8. What is check out time?
The check out time is 11 am or earlier. Kindly ensure that you have vacated your lot by this time to allow for a smooth transition and preparation for the next guest.
9. Is late check out available?
A late check out may be available for an additional fee. Call the office at (251)358-6578 regarding the possibility of a late check out and any associated fees.

11. Does the resort offer long term stay?
Grand Riviera RV Resort provides the option for longterm stays, accomodating guests up to 6 months. Reach out to our friendly staff about availability and specific terms for long-term reservations.
12. Is the resort pet friendly?
Pets are limited 2 pets per RV. Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Dogs, Wolf and Wolf hybrids, Mastiff and German Shepherd are prohibited in the resort.
13. Do the sites have full hook-ups?
All of the sites are equipped with full hook-ups. All sites have connections for water, sewer, cable, and electric 30 and 50 amp.
14. What is the cancelation policy?
Short term stay cancelation policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. Full reund for cancelations within 48 hours of booking. No refund after that.
Long term stay cancellation policy, for stays 90 days or longer:
Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. Full refund for canclletions made within 48 hours of booking. After that, the first 30 days are not refundable.
